Full Moon Night
2023 is a quite challenging year for me as I am here in the University
of Portsmouth to set a new goal to help enhance my career but in the first introduction
class I was a bit unsure, whether I would be able to do it or not.
At 10:00 AM as soon as the very first session started and I delightfully
found myself in an ocean of architects from all over the world.
Belinda Mitchel, our class teacher has started the class
with a elucidate inauguration.
After the first half of that class we heard a story from Mr.
Oren and where we found some characters like a rat, hand gloves and a glass
bottle and some other intriguing figures.
When we had been asked to draw our inner visualization about
that story, it felt to me like a lonely buoyant vessel in the waves
nevertheless there was a moon beam in the darkness as like a hope of light to
show me the way ahead like a full moon night in a dark ocean as I was working
with some other group mates which gave me strength. It was my best effort to
bring the Formal Expression of
all the characters in my abstract drawing.
The woollen ball insisted me to create that curved line which symbolise the notion of the free flow nature of water and those straight lines are the representation of the navigation. I had tried to create some illumination in order to achieve the reflection of the full moon in the waves and whoever is reading this blog may tie with my emotion that influenced me to fabricate this abstract composition.
It’s a general full moon night view of the city of Portsmouth
with a lamppost.
Thank you.
